Essential Information: Make the Most of Your Lakefront Experience
Lodge check-in is located at the holiday park reception, on the left as you come down the hill from the village. If you are arriving outside reception hours we will leave all of your check in information outside for a hassle free check in.
Facilities
Storage
Currently, we only have covered luggage storage at our Lakes Edge Lodge but this is not monitored - left at your own risk.
Free shuttle service
We provide a shuttle to the Intercity bus stop at 11am and 12:15pm. We also provide a pick up at 12:15pm for those checking in - look for the silver van with our logo on the side (please be there on time as we don't do other shuttle times). When booking please let us know if you need this service.
Key Bond
While we don't charge a key bond, please note that any lost keys will incur a $50 fee, charged to your credit card.
Credit card security
Please note that we require credit card details as security on all bookings.

Pets
Pets welcome on our dog friendly sites. We have limited spaces so please book in advance. No dogs in accommodation (they can't stay in the car either). No Dogs from 15 December - 15 January.
