Essential Information: Make the Most of Your Lakefront Experience
Lodge check-in is located at the holiday park reception, on the left as you come down the hill from the village. If you are arriving outside reception hours we will leave all of your check in information outside for a hassle free check in.
Facilities
Storage
We offer secure storage. Just come and see us at Reception after your 10am departure from the lodge.
Free shuttle service
We offer lodge guests a free pick-up and drop-off service to and from Tekapo Village, timed to meet bus services. When you make your booking online you will be able to add this service in the extras.
Key Bond
While we don't charge a key bond, please note that any lost keys will incur a $20 fee, charged to your credit card.
Credit card security
Please note that we require credit card details as security on all bookings.
DVD hire
Fancy watching a DVD? Come and see us at reception for FREE DVD hire.

Pets
Pets welcome on our dog friendly sites. We have limited spaces so please book in advance. No dogs in accommodation (they can't stay in the car either). No Dogs from 15 December - 15 January.

“Amazing scenery, friendly helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, provided with everything to be comfortable during our stay - clean amenities, barbecues, so close to Tekapo Springs and some lovely walks around the area. We had an absolutely incredible stay for such a reasonable cost. We shifted our holiday and stayed an extra night. if we weren’t on a tight time limit we would’ve stayed even longer. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay in this park in Lake Tekapo again, when next visiting from Australia.”
